As a company policy we do not provide refund/exchange on any product sold as each dress is custom made.

We take at most care by quality checking before shipping of the product.

However, if you claim any damage, we would require a parcel opening video to get the replacement of the product and please inform us within 4-7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at with order number, full name, address and video of the damaged product and our team will contact you within 2-4 business days and will guide you through the process of the product replacement.
